Can I leave the festival area if I already entered?

If you have the festival band (bracelet) you may enter and leave the festival as many times as you want
. If you have a daily festival band (bracelet) you may not enter the festival if it doesn’t belong to that day’s. If you have a daily festival band, they can only be used to that specific day.

Can I eat food in the festival area?

There will be a food zone in the festival area, so may enjoy both music and food at the same time.
But you may not bring food from outside of the festival area. It’s also prohibited to bring any kind of bottles, cans or glasses in to the festival.

Is there any place in the festival area where I can buy beverage or cigarettes?

Yes, there will be. But only people who have “over 19years old” band can buy this.
You can get the “Over 19years old” band at the ticket site if you show your ID.

Can I buy a camping ticket at the festival area?

Yes, you can if they are not yet sold out.

Can I cook food at the camping zone?

No, you can’t. You may not cook food in any of the festival areas because if the fire risks.
You can only use the festival areas food zones.

Can I buy a camping ticket, but haven’t bought a festival ticket yet?

Yes, you can. But this is only for people who buy or reserve the 3-day festival ticket.

Is it possible that the camping tickets can be sold out?

Yes, they can also be sold out. The camping tickets are limited for safety reasons.

If I lose my ticket, can I re-issue a new one?

No, this is not possible. There will not be reissue for lost or stolen tickets.

If my festival band (bracelet) breaks or get’s stolen, can I get a new one?
-
The band is made of very hard material, so it’s very hard for it to break. But if you break the band, it will be your own responsibility and we will not re-issue your band.
You have to put your festival band right when you exchange your ticket to the band, and check that the band is good. IF NOT, you have to tell the ticket staff right away!

Can I ride a bicycle in the festival area?

No, you cannot ride a bicycle in the festival area due to safety issues.

Can I bring my pet to the festival area?

No, you can’t bring your pet in to the festival area due to safety issues.
You have to put your festival band right when you exchange your ticket to the band, and check that the band is good. IF NOT, you have to tell the ticket staff right away!

Is there any age limits to the festival?
-
No, the festival is open for all ages. But all people over elementary school age have to buy a ticket for the festival. And under the age of 7 years old can watch the festival for free, but only with the company of their parents.
