A Pink Throws Away Sneakers and Shorts and Comes Back Classy
A Pink returns with its first official album, UNE ANNEE, looking a lot more mature than before.
Contrasting from the previous pure and innocent concept that captured the hearts of male fans, A Pink unveiled new profile pictures, which showcased a more mature and feminine look for the group. In the released photos, A Pink’s image changed from head to toe.
Instead of the long straight hair, Hong Yoo Kyung and Kim Nam Joo changed to a short bob, while the other members displayed long wavy styles, highlighting their feminine looks. Also, without their colorful jumpers and T-shirts, the members showcased a calmer, cleaner look with pastel colors and dresses.
Not only that, the members exchanged their Converse sneakers with high heels, looking sophisticate and lady-like.
Meanwhile, A Pink’s first official album, UNE ANNEE, contains nine tracks, including the title song, Hush and April 19, a song of gratitude for fans on the one year anniversary of its debut. The album was produced by hit maker, Shinsadong Tiger, as well as Super Changddai, and lyricist Kim Gun Woo.
A Pink will be making its official comeback on May 10 on Mnet’s M Countdown and will appear on other music shows and programs as well.
