′Giving-dol′ B1A4 Makes Another Donation to Help Out Families in Need
Recently having performed at its third solo concert, the B1A4 members will be using part of their concert proceeds and donating them to the Seoul Arts College’s matriculation ceremony taking place on February 27 at Olympic Park’s Olympic Hall.
Seoul Arts College has been receiving donations, instead of flower wreaths, for its matriculation ceremony since 2007, to help out the families in need in Gangnam district area.
Seoul Arts College will be using the donation from B1A4 to purchase bags of rice to be given out to the child welfare center Gangnam Start Center, and after-school study room for students from needy families, Gangnam Vision Center.
This is not the first time that B1A4 has made a generous donation. Its August concert last year collected over 5 tons of school supply items from over 3,000 fans, and the December concert also gathered rice, coal briquettes, eggs and more from fans from over ten different countries.
Meanwhile, the matriculation ceremony, hosted by announcer Kim Byung Chan and actress Lee In Hye, will feature special performances by B1A4, Hwayobi, and others.
