John Park and Park Jin Hee Overcome Their 10 Year Age Difference
They say age is just a number and despite their ten year gap, Park Jin Hee and John Park came together as a sweet couple.
The two joined forces as a lyricist and composer for the April 14 broadcast of MBC′s Music and Lyrics.
They met with anticipation and immediately checked up on their ages, but Park Jin Hee, who was born in the year 1978, burst out laughing when John Park said he was born in 1988 because he was "the same age as Hodol," the mascot for the 1988 Seoul Olympics.
The episode was filmed on April 9 in Yeoido. A rep from John Park′s agency said, "So many fans gathered to see them after they were first seen on an outdoor shoot, so filming had to halt for a while."
John Park said, "I didn′t know who my partner would be, and I learned on set. I was surprised to see it was Park Jin Hee." He said about Park Jin Hee, "I felt she was a kind person. She was very nice and profound."
"We found we had a lot in common while we worked together, and it was fun. I was fortunate to have gotten the chance to work with Park Jin Hee," he added.
Music and Lyrics first started up on the MBC Music channel, but was recently moved to MBC in place of We Got Married. The program previously featured the Park Shin Hye and Yoon Gun, Junho and Kim So Eun couples to produce romantic music.
