Excited for the upcoming comeback, Shinhwa fans crashed servers of a music site while pre-ordering Shinhwa’s new album.

Shinhwa Fans Crash Servers While Pre-Ordering New Album

On May 7, Shinhwa Company announced that pre-orders for Shinhwa’s 11th album, The Classic will begin at 10AM (KST) on May 8.

As soon as the clock ticked 10AM on the morning of May 8, fans rushed to several different music sites to make their order on the limited edition album through various online markets.

With only 40,000 albums in stock, the competition caused the server of Synnara Music to crash for over an hour, causing fans to head over to other sites to make their order.

Not only that, certain websites, such as Hottracks and Lee’s Music, no longer have albums in stocks for pre-ordering.

Shinhwa’s 11th album will include a 100-page photo book by photographer Zo Sun Hi. It will be released on May 16.
