Although he could receive a heart for free if he waits eight minutes, Shinhwa’s Shin Hye Sung confessed his addiction to the popular cellphone game Anipang caused him to spend money.

On October 28, Shin Hye Sung and the other Shinhwa members were tutored by Anipang masters to help them increase their game scores on jTBC′s Shinhwa Broadcast

In Anipang, players can only play the game if they have hearts. Players can get a heart if they wait eight minutes, receive a heart from their friends as gifts or purchase hearts from the store.

When Shin Hye Sung was asked if his celebrity friends send him hearts, he replied, “I send a lot of hearts to the Shinhwa members, but they never send me any. If I send one, I usually get one or two back.”

On the lack of hearts, Shin Hye Sung confessed, “When I first started, the game was so fun that I ran out of hearts quickly. So I ended up buying 10,000 won worth of hearts.”

All the other Shinhwa members, as well as the Anipang masters, showed their shock that someone had actually spent money to purchase hearts.

Luckily for Shin Hye Sung, he ended up being the member who improved his score the most and the staff gifted him with 1,000 hearts, so that he will never have to purchase another heart again.
