So Ji Sub′s A Company Man was unveiled through the preview held on October 9, and surprised many by containing a fairly neat and clean-cut love story between So Ji Sub and Lee Mi Yeon.

In A Company Man, So Ji Sub plays Ji Hyung Do, an employee at a metal company that is actually a killer.

Hyung Do meets the mother of his part-time worker Ra Hoon (Dong Jun), Yoo Mi Yeon (Lee Mi Yeon), and starts to regret his life as a killer. Mi Yeon used to be a singer, but now works as a seamstress.

There is a love story, but it never goes beyond a certain level. The two merely have dinner together and talk, trying to figure out how the other feels. Since the film isn′t a romance film but an action film, the love line doesn′t play a big role.

In the press roundtable held right after the preview, director Lim Sang Yoon said to a question asking whether there were any more romantic scenes between the two, "There was actually a scene where they embrace at a bus stop, but it was edited out. There was nothing more."

So Ji Sub said, "I was thinking of a stronger romance, but I′m sorry it didn′t turn out that way."

Lee Mi Yeon answered to the joke, "I agree."

A Company Man is an action film about how Hyung Do tries to give up his job as a killer in order to lead a normal life. It also stars Kwang Do Won, Lee Kyeong Yeong and ZE:A′s Dong Jun. It premieres on October 11.
