Super Junior’s Choi Siwon is looking to bare himself for the drama.

SBS recently released drama still cuts from the currently shooting The King of Drama centered around a shirtless Choi Siwon. In one, with only a towel draped around his waist, Choi Siwon comes down a set of stairs while another shows him, now in pants, and with a set of clothes in one hand.

In the scene, Choi Siwon, who plays top star Kang Hyun Min, is in hiding while evading a slew of casting offers. But rookie writer, Lee Go Eun (Jung Ryeo Won), with the future of her company on the line, goes to find, and discovers, Choi Siwon - in his revealing state. She then proceeds to try and force him to join.

After successfully wrapping up the scene’s shoot, Choi Siwon shared, “As it is my first shoot, I was anxious and long-awaited it but it passed so quickly. Just like the saying that if your first [shirt] button is fastened well it will end well, I’m thinking with the first shoot successfully filmed, this will be a truly great drama that many will love and cheer on.”

In the drama, Kang Hyun Min is a cold and intellectual top star who is first choice among all the major broadcasting stations. Disliking to mull or contemplate over things, his character quickly falls in and out of love and relationships.

After encountering the stubborn production agency CEO, Anthony Kim (Kim Myung Min) and rookie writer Lee Go Eun, Kang Hyun Min discovers his serioous side.

The drama will take over Faith’s time slot once it ends and premiere on November 5.
