It seemed like everyone in South Korea was awake and watching the soccer game, but it turns out that one idol star was actually sleeping.

On August 11, various stars uploaded pictures of their surroundings, as they situated themselves comfortably to watch South Korea and Japan fight for the Olympic bronze medal in soccer.

However as stars turned to their Twitters to celebrate, Super Junior’s Leeteuk was notably missing from all the action.

On August 11, Leeteuk tweeted, “I wanted to watch the soccer game…. I closed my eyes for a second… Woke up just now. Failed. T-T”

Fans consoled the singer saying, “It happened to me too,” “You can watch the replays online,” and “It was actually a game that couldn’t be missed!”

The South Korean men’s soccer team was able to score two goals in the match against Japan, winning the bronze medal, the first Olympic medal for South Korea.
