A Supposed T-ara Back Dancer Reveals ‘All’ Online
Ever since the announcement by Core Contents Media (CCM), rumors have been flying in all directions, including one that was written supposedly by a T-ara backdancer.
On an online community, a netizen, claiming to be part of T-ara’s dance team, Yama & HotChicks, wrote out a long post explaining an incident that happened in the dance studio.
“It was a very sensitive time, but everyone continued to work hard. Hwa Young ended up messing up the choreography a little, and Ji Yeon and So Yeon began blatantly picking on her saying, ‘if you’ve just laid down the spoon, you should do well.’ (meaning, Hwa Young was added after T-ara was set in popularity and came to an already prepared meal),” said the post.
“When Hwa Young’s expression was not good, Ji Yeon slapped her on the cheeks and said to change her expression and start practicing.’”
However, as the story got out, Core Contents Media quickly denied the rumor on July 31 and said that the team leader of Yama & HotChicks confirmed that this event did not happen.
Bae Yoon Jung, the leader of Yama & HotChicks, stated, “The dance studio is a place where celebrities and other people can enter and is pretty public, so there is no way an incident involving abuse can happen.”
Netizens have been quite confused of the situation, saying “I can’t tell if this is true or not,” and “A witness account of the back dancer…this is getting bigger and bigger.”
