Dear all customers, we sincerlely appreciate your constant interest and support toward our Mwave shop.
We are officially announcing REVISED CUSTOMER SERIVCE SYSTEM for the better communication with customers.

 ※ Revised policies are effective from March 23rd (Mon), 1 PM, KST

In addition, please note that MWAVE CUSTOMER SERVICE CENTER will be temporarily closed 
from 7PM, March 19th, 2015 until 1PM, March 23rd, 2015 for the system upgrade.

"mwaveshop@cj.net" and "mwave_refund@cj.net" will not be used any more,
you can communicate with us from the Mwave shop from now on. 

After the date states above, please send us inquiries directly through your customer account in Mwave website.

To leave us message,

1. Go to 'Mwave SHOP'
2. Click 'My ACCOUNT' on top right.
3. Click 'Help desk' on the left.
4. Choose your question type and leave me a message.

We will come back soon with better customer service.
