The CNBLUE members said that it′s unfortunate that they are only just releasing their second full-length album although they are going on six years in the industry.

CNBLUE held a showcase to celebrate the release of second full-length album 2gether at AX Hall in Seoul′s Gwangjang-dong on September 14, where the group performed lead single Cinderella for the first time. This marks CNBLUE′s comeback in a year and seven months.

Jung Yong Hwa said, "It′s been a year and seven months, but it feels like much sooner," before adding "The fact that we′re going on six years but this is our second full-length album is unfortunate. We want to promote often and release more music."

Lee Jung Shin said, "To be honest, we didn′t feel the gap. We held concerts, Jung Yong Hwa hyung released a solo album. And we had another concert."

2gether is a combination of the number ′2,′ signifying the fact that it′s the group′s second album, and ′together,′ which holds the meaning of enjoying CNBLUE′s music together. Cinderella is a modern take on the classic fairytale with a dance-pop feel that incorporates electronic elements, created by Jung Yong Hwa.

The album includes a total of 11 tracks created by Jung Yong Hwa and Lee Jong Hyun, which include Hide-and-Seek, Roller Coaster, Domino, Hero and Drunken Night.
