Yoo Jae Suk Donates 40 Million Won to Aid Comfort Women

Yoo Jae Suk has made another donation to aid living comfort women.

House of Sharing stated on June 22, "Yoo Jae Suk donated 20 million won to the construction of the Japanese Military Comfort Women Memorial and 20 million won in welfare support for the Japanese military comfort women, donating a total of 40 million won."

A rep from House of Sharing stated, "Yoo Jae Suk donated 20 million won in July 2014, donating a total of 60 million won up until now. The grandmothers say they have been receiving great strength from Yoo Jae Suk′s continuous donations and interest.

"Through the strength they have received from Yoo Jae Suk′s donations, they say they will regain their honor by seeking a formal apology and legal compensation from Japan as well.

Yoo Jae Suk participated in the Korea Speed Festival through MBC′s Infinity Challenge last year, promoting the House of Sharing on his car. Unable to finish the race due to an accident and malfunctions, Yoo Jae Suk paid a visit to the House of Sharing to express his regret. He did not forget the comfort women after the event and continued to make donations.
