Keeping her loyalty of seven years, IU re-signed with her current agency, Loen Entertainment.

Loen Entertainment stated on June 3 that ahead of IU′s contract expiration in September, IU has re-signed with the company.

IU has discussed re-signing with Loen since April, and she decided to re-sign without a signing bonus based on the faith and trust she′s seen for the past seven years. She will be signed as a Loen artist for the next three years.

IU debuted in 2008 as the first artist from Loen, rising as a female vocalist loved by the public. She has grown to become a singer-turned-actor, actively carrying out promotions in both fields. She is currently appearing on KBS′ The Producers as the singer, Cindy.

"We see this recent re-signing as an opportunity to strengthen each other′s partnership," stated Jang Hyun Jin of Loen′s production operations division. "We will support IU materially and emotionally so that she can grow to become a global star."
