MBLAQ to Make Comeback as Three in Late April
MBLAQ is preparing to return at the end of April.
MBLAQ′s agency, J.Tune Camp told Newsen on March 19, "MBLAQ members Seung Ho, G.O, and Mir have been working on their new album. It′s still in the beginning stages and we′re searching for good songs to put into the new album."
"We have plans to release the new album at the end of April or beginning of May, but we haven′t chosen an exact time yet," said the company. "As this is the first album as three members, all of the members are doing their best in the album production."
Previous MBLAQ members Lee Joon and Cheon Dung left the group with MBLAQ′s curtain call concert with Seung Ho, G.O, and Mir at the end of November in 2014.
Regarding this, MBLAQ′s agency stated through a press release on December 16, "The company has discussed Lee Joon and Cheon Dung′s contracts, and after long discussions between the company and the members, we decided to go our separate ways," and "Regardless of the two members ending team activities, MBLAQ will continue on. Early next year, the three members plan on releasing an album, as well as other solo albums and individual activities."
Lee Joon is currently acting in the SBS drama I Heard It Through the Grapevine and Cheon Dung will apear in MBC′s drama, Make a Woman Cry, which begins in April.
