CN Blue’s Lee Jong Hyun, AOA’s Seolhyun, Yeo Jin Goo and More Gather for ‘Orange Marmalade’

KBS 2TV’s Orange Marmalade launched its official start by holding the first script reading session.

The script reading, which was held on March 13 at the KBS building, was attended by the cast members, including Yeo Jin Goo (Jung Jae Min), AOA’s Seolhyun (Baek Mari), CN Blue’s Lee Jong Hyun (Han Si Hoo), Gil Eun Hye (Jo Ara), Song Jong Ho (Han Yoon Jae), director Lee Hyung Min and Choi Sung Bum, writer Moon So San as well as the staff members.

Yeo Jin Goo, Seolhyun and Lee Jong Hyun, who reportedly became acquainted with one another before they met for the script reading, showed outstanding teamwork, increasing anticipation for the upcoming acting ensemble.

Director Lee Hyung Min said, “I could tell that all the cast members, including Yeo Jin Goo, Seolhyun and Lee Jong Hyun, worked hard to prepare for the drama. As the script reading carried on, I got assurance for the success of the drama.”

An affiliate of Orange Marmalade stated, “Yeo Jin Goo, Seolhyun and Lee Jong Hyun went up to the writer for advice even during their break time. The three people’s passion for their characters and the project will produce the best acting so please show your interest and love.”

Meanwhile, Orange Marmalade is a fantasy romance depicting the story of innocent love in the world shared by humans and vampires. It is set to begin in May.
