Ahn Jae Hyeon is considering appearing in KBS drama Blood.

HB Entertainment, Ahn Jae Hyeon’s agency, told Newsen on December 1, “Ahn Jae Hyeon has been offered to appear on KBS 2TV’s Blood. He has been positively checking things in regards to his appearance in the drama.”

It has been reported that Ah Jae Hyeon has been offered the role of the lead character ‘Park Ji Sang.’ Park Ji Sang is a unique vampire who is a surgeon at a cancer center. His only weakness is his thirst and desire for blood.

If Ahn Jae Hyeon confirms his appearance on Blood, he will be making his return to the small screen in about seven months since SBS’s You Are All Surrounded ended in July.

Meanwhile, Blood is a medical drama about vampires and is one of the most anticipated KBS dramas in the first half of 2015, bringing together Ki Min Soo PD and writer Park Jae Bum of KBS 2TV’s Good Doctor.

Blood is set to air in the earlier half of next year and will most likely begin next February, following KBS 2TV’s Healer.
