Having started out as an underground artists, Song Min Ho stated, “Not a lot of people knew me at the time, but I constantly promoted and featured in a lot. Because I was switching back and forth with trainee life [and underground], physically I was tired, but I was really happy. Living life while doing what you want is a great thing that makes me happy thinking about it.”

Song Min Ho added, “Honestly, my dream was being a rapper more than being an idol, although I became an idol rapper with my own color eventually as I continued my trainee life.
