‘K-Pop Star’ Park Ji Min and Lee Ha Yi Receive Car Prizes
After placing first and second on SBS’ K-Pop Star back in April, Park Ji Min and Lee Ha Yi are finally receiving their prizes.
On June 12, Park Ji Min received the European Premium i40 and Lee Ha Yi the i30 from Hyundai Motors. As both winners still underage, they will be giving the vehicles to their parents.
On winning the car, Park Ji Min said, “It’s like a dream to give my parents such a great car.” The singer then thanked everyone for their interest and promised to do her best to be a global star.
A Hyundai Motors representative said, “With the popularity of K-Pop Star which recorded the high ratings of 21.6 percent, the customer interest in the i40 and i30 increased as well. We will do our best to do different kinds of marketing for the i40 and i30.”
The two singers seemed well and happy, looking more beautiful than they were in April.
In related news, Park Ji Min signed a contract with JYP Entertainment, while Lee Ha Yi joined YG Entertainment.
