Swooping Necklines Take Over BIFF Red Carpet
It seems the ladies are stealing the spotlight at this year’s Busan International Film Festival, and it’s not the actress’ films that are turning heads but what they’re wearing—or not wearing, to be exact.
Attendants couldn’t take their eyes off of the actresses as they graced the red carpet in dresses that showed off their beautiful silhouettes.
Actress Oh In Hye stood out among the rest in a rust orange dress. And while the red-tone dress may have been a dangerous choice for the red carpet, it didn’t matter because all eyes were on the actress’ chest.
Her dress, which quickly became the number one-searched topic on online portal sites, barely covered her chest and it was a miracle the straps didn’t pop off.
Although actress Ji Sung Won’s black dress was considerably conservative, it seems swooping necklines were the theme of the night.
Netizens were divided on the actress’ dresses. Some shared sentiments like “I know it’s a film festival, but this is too much” and “The festival isn’t a 19 and over event; there are kids there” while others said, “Can’t they do this because it’s a film festival?” and “It seems all actresses want to stand out.”
The nine-day Busan International Film Festival opened on October 6.
