Trainee Kim Eun Bi Leaves YG Due to Health Reasons
Kim Eun Bi, one of the members who were chosen for YG Entertainment′s new girl group, has left on her own.
On October 17, YG Entertainment told Newsen, "It′s true that Kim Eun Bi left the group. She experienced pain due to a herniated disk many times since she began training as a YG trainee."
"While she was a trainee, she received hospital treatment for her herniated disk, but the pain became greater, and she decided that it would be too much to promote with once she debuts."
Kim Eun Bi got her name out through Mnet′s Superstar K2 in 2010. She became a trainee with Winner′s Kang Seung Yoon in 2011 after signing a contract with YG.
Along with Kim Eun Bi, Yuna Kim, who was considered one of the members of YG′s new girl group, previously left due personal reasons. Currently, the two members who remain as possible members for the girl group are Kim Ji Soo and Jennie Kim.
As the number of members, time of debut, and concept are still kept hidden, fans are anticipating the birth of YG′s new girl group.
