Girls’ Generation (SNSD)’s Taeyeon talked about what freedom means to her.

During September 30’s broadcast of On Style’s The TaeTiSeo, the production team asked Taeyeon, ‘What is freedom?’ to which she answered, “It’s just something good.”

Taeyeon said, “I think freedom is good. It’s something like this,” as she raised her arms in front of the Statue of Liberty. She then added, “Eating what you want to eat and going where you want to go, isn’t that what freedom is?”

Seohyun, who also visited the Statue of Liberty with Taeyeon, said, “Freedom has no meaning by itself. I think we can feel the preciousness of freedom because there are things that are not so free.”

Upon hearing this, Taeyeon commented, “I should’ve said it like that too. It’s Seohyun, as I expected. Her way of expressing herself is somewhat different.”
