CN Blue Ranks No. 1 on Oricon with Japanese Album ‘Wave’

CN Blue’s third Japanese full length album Wave ranked number one on the Oricon chart.

CN Blue released a self-composed album Wave on September 17, consisting of 11 tracks. The album ranked number one on Oricon’s daily chart as soon as it was released and has been topping various music charts in Japan.

The title song is called Radio, written by Jung Yong Hwa, and it has been selected as the theme song of popular Japanese TV programs, such as Music Launcher and Music BB.

Wave is available in four different versions of limited first press CD edition A and B, a standard CD edition and a limited edition for fan club ‘Boice.′ Each version comes with a DVD containing various clips, such as the Radio music video, Summer Sonic 2014 live performance, 2014 fan meeting and more.

CN Blue will be the only Korean band to perform during 2014 Incheon Asian Game’s closing ceremony on October 4 and will launch into its Japan arena tour titled Wave between October 29 and December 4.
