Since 2009, Kahi led After School into popularity, trying out different genres and venues, including venturing into acting with KBS’ Dream High2.

With her Japanese activities still remaining, Kahi will participate in the June 17 concert in Tokyo and will complete her activities in Japan until early September. From then on, Kahi will start preparing her debut as a solo artist.

On her graduation, Kahi said, “Thank you to all the After School fans who have given me so much love and to our members, who have cried and smiled through everything. I will do my best to show a new side of Kahi through constant studying and preparation for my solo album as well as my acting career.

Kahi will make the second official graduate of After School, following Bekah’s graduation in 2011.
