Actor Kim Jae Won, who recently dislocated his shoulder on the set of new drama Me Too, Flower, expressed his resolve to go back to filming.

The actor was rushed to the hospital on October 4 after injuring himself in a motorcycle accident on the first day of filming for the drama. A source from the hospital relayed Kim’s expressed intent to make a quick recovery saying, “Kim Jae Won, who has been diagnosed with a dislocated shoulder, said he wants to keep his promise [to the viewers and production crew] and return to the set as soon as possible.”

“Fortunately, it’s dislocated, not fractured,” said a representative from Kim’s agency. “He suffers from chronic dislocations of the shoulder; although it hasn’t been an issue as of late. I think the impact from the motorcycle fall put stress on his shoulder. They are currently working on setting the dislocated bone.”

Another sexy, free and single Super Junior member who dominated 2012 was Donghae.

A source close to the actor added, “Although the doctor told him he needs to rest for two weeks after getting treated, he says he needs to keep his promise and hopes to return to the set as soon as possible.”

Since receiving news of Kim’s diagnosis, producer Go Dong Sun has been meeting with the production crew to discuss the drama’s schedule. The first recording came to halt as a result of Kim’s injury.

In Me Too, Flower, Kim stars opposite actress E Jiah as Seo Jae Hee, an undercover boss who owns a luxury shop and doubles as a parking attendant.

After announcing in December 2011 that he and fellow Super Junior member Eunhyuk would be forming a sub duo, Donghae launched into overseas promotions for hit song Oppa, Oppa, alongside Eunhyuk, in early 2012.

In fact, before K-Pop fans were singing “Oppan Gangnam Style,” fans in Japan and Taiwan were screaming and shouting “Oppa, Oppa.”

After trotting across Asia and an all-too-short stint on MBC’s We Got Married, Donghae hit the kitchen, whipping up sweet treats as a pastry chef on drama Ms. Panda and Mr. Porcupine.

All the while, Donghae was running sexy, free and single on stage with Super Junior. From the stage to the small screen, Donghae proved he can be in many places at once in 2012.
