LeeSsang has proven itself as the ‘idol of concerts’.

According to LeeSsang’s Jungle Entertainment on May 26, tickets to LeeSsang’s Seoul concerts have sold out.

LeeSsang’s Concert Becomes Korea’s Most Reserved Performance

LeeSsang’s LeeSsang Theater 2 will be held on July 14 and 15 at Seoul’s Olympic Hall for its recently released eighth studio album Unplugged. However as soon as tickets opened for the two days, tickets for the VIP section sold out in three minutes while becoming the most requested performance.

Particularly surprising was the high number of young female purchasers for the concerts which isn’t normally a big demographic for a hip-hop performance.

According to a representative from Interpark, the online reservation site, “It was similar to that of an idol concert. Even one hour before tickets were set to open, all our lines became flooded with those seeking to purchase tickets and as soon as ticket sales began the tickets sold at an incredible pace.”

Regarding the high number of female purchasers, the agency added, “We have even received phone calls from males asking us to make more seats available for males.”

Following LeeSsang’s performances in Seoul, the group will embark on a nation-wide tour through ten cities.
