′1 Night 2 Days′ Cancels Filming as KBS PDs Go on Strike

After much discussion, the filming for KBS′ 1 Night, 2 Days has been canceled.

According to a 1 Night, 2 Days affiliate on June 3, the program filming that was scheduled for June 6 and 7 was canceled due to ongoing labor union strike against KBS.

′1 Night 2 Days′ Cancels Filming as KBS PDs Go on Strike

Two major KBS Labor Unions began a general strike on May 29 from 5PM (KST). Happy Sunday′s Seo Soo Min PD and 1 Night 2 Days′s Yoo Ho Jin PD, as well as the majority of the staff have joined the strike.

The 1 Night, 2 Days affiliate answered, "The recording has been pushed back to June 13 for now, but it′s uncertain whether the filming will even take place."

Meanwhile, 1 Night, 2 Days will air on June 8 as scheduled with enough footage for broadcast.
