MBLAQ’s G.O. Prepared An Extra Sharp Razor for His Musical Role
MBLAQ’s G.O. revealed his rather unique way of preparing for his musical.
On May 12, musical Kingdom of the Wind held a press conference at Seoul Arts Center’s CJ Towol Theater.
About joining Seoul Performing Arts Company and performing at Seoul Arts Center, G.O. said, “I’m greatly honored. One thing I’m concerned about is my beard on the days I have two shows, in case they grow out. I was worried to show a face that doesn’t fit the character of ‘Prince Ho Dong’ and cause discomfort for the audience, so I prepared a triple-razor blade for shaving,” bringing out a round of laughter.
2014 Kingdom of the Wind will depict the conflicts between King Moo Hyul, who seeks to lead a country down the path of war and power, versus his son Ho Dong, who wants to lead the way for peace and coexistence.
The musical will be performed between May 11 through 20 at Seoul Arts Center’s CJ Towol Theater.
