C-Clown Sells Out Tickets for Upcoming Japanese Solo Concert
C-Clown sold out all tickets for its Japanese concert scheduled for June.
Yedang Entertainment, C-Clown’s agency, announced on May 2, “C-Clown sold out tickets for Live Event in Japan AiiA Theatre Concert.”
After selling out tickets for two rounds of ‘Live Arch’ concerts that took place in 2013, C-Clown sold out tickets this year as well, becoming a new hallyu group.
The upcoming concert will especially involve interaction with the fans as it will feature a talk concert between the members and the fans among many other programs. C-Clown previously performed in Yokohama last August for K-Fest Summer! 2013 in Yokohama, catching many Japanese fans’ attention.
The group was later invited to perform as special guest for Japan’s grand sized K-pop concert Live Arch, selling out all tickets and receiving numerous love calls from record and show-hosting companies around Asia.
Yedang entertainment stated, “C-Clown is already rising as a new hallyu group in Japan through various performances. We realized C-Clown’s popularity when the tickets were sold out immediately, without any special promotions.”
An affiliate of C-Clown’s Japanese concert said, “C-Clown’s unique charms and superb looks are more than enough to capture the hearts of Japanese fans. Their popularity in Japan will only increase over time.”
Meanwhile, C-Clown is planning to hold a concert tour in China and South America after performing in Live Event in Japan AiiA Theatre Concert on June 21.
