MBLAQ Writes Handwritten Note Explaining Postponement of MEET&GREET
With a national tragedy happening a day before the scheduled event on April 17, MBLAQ unfortunately could not meet with Mwave fans through Mwave Shop’s MEET&GREET. The group was scheduled to greet fans on April 25, but unfortunately, that event was also later canceled.
Feeling apologetic, MBLAQ wrote out a handwritten letter explaining the situation and promising to meet with Mwave fans very soon. The group members also wrote the letter on yellow paper, showing their support to the victims and their families during the tragedy.
The letter reads as follows:
"Dear Mwave fans overseas,
Hello, this is MBLAQ.
MBLAQ’s MEET&GREET event that was scheduled for this Friday at 10AM (KST) has unavoidably been pushed back to mid-May.
Currently, the entire nation is in sadness due to the Sewol ferry sinking tragedy last week.
It′s very special for us to meet with Mwave fans and we really want to talk with you all, but after worrying repeatedly and discussing with the members and our staff, we decided that it is not right to hold a fan meeting in the midst of a national tragedy.
But we will definitely be keeping our promise to meet with you in May.
We’ll see all of you in May!”
Stay tuned for exact details of MBLAQ’s MEET&GREET in May.
