Song Hye Gyo’s Carfare is 92 Million Won
How much does hallyu star Song Hye Gyo earn just while she moves around?
A whole lot more than you’re earning as you read this article, that’s for sure.
Under the title of ‘Pay Scales of Top Stars.’ China’s Guangming Daily revealed how much hallyu stars, including Song, TVXQ and other Chinese stars, are paid for their car fare.
According to the newspaper’s list of star’s pay scales, drawn up based on local advertisement data and information from related sources, Song received 500,000 yuan (92 million won) for her transportation expenses for a single event.
She ranked 12th on the list, under Jackie Chan (2 million yuan), Jet Li and Zhang Ziyi (both, 1.2 yuan), but placed ahead of TVXQ (420,000 yuan).
But what was more surprising is how much Song gets paid per advertisement appearance. She came in 11th on the list of highest model fees, at 6 million yuan (approximately 1.1 billion won), placing ahead of Chinese leading female stars including Cecilia Cheung (4.5 million yuan), Shu Qi, (4 million yuan) and Tang Wei (3 million yuan).
What can we say? The pretty girls have all the luck.
