Jung Il Woo’s First Shoot for ‘Flower Boy Ramen Shop′
Good-looking men, tasty ramen? Sign us up!
Jung Il Woo, who last played a chic, outspoken grim reaper in the drama 49 Days, is going to be playing a chic, outspoken…human…for his upcoming drama, Flower Boy Ramen Shop.
So, Jung isn’t going for much of a dramatic change for his new role, but when you’re that good at being good-looking, we suppose it doesn’t hurt to act in a drama about ‘Cool Guys.’
The tvN drama began shooting at a café in Hongdae on September 21, where Jung met his fellow pretty boys. At the sight of the shoot filled with eye candy, people passing on the street paused to watch the shoot and observe the drama.
“It’s my first shoot in five months since the drama 99 Days, but it’s still fun and makes my heart beat. It was our first shoot, but we actors were happy to meet and shoot the drama with each other, blowing away our awkwardness and predicting that we would show great cooperation,” said Jung, on set. “Our pretty ramen shop with delicious ramen will soon be opening, so please look forward to it.”
Jung Il Woo will be taking on the main role Cha Chi Soo, who is proud and harsh on the outside, but has a bright smile and pure charms.
Flower Boy Ramen Shop is a romantic comedy centered on Lee Chung Ah’s character and the individualistic pretty boys who help her manage a ramen shop. It will air its first episode on October 31.
