[Video] SISTAR Hyolyn’s Version of ‘Let It Go’ from ‘Frozen’ to Be Released

SISTAR Hyolyn’s version of Let It Go from the hit Disney animated movie Frozen will be released.

On February 3, Newsen spoke with a staff members from Starship Entertainment, who said, “Hyolyn’s Korean version of Let It Go will be released on music sites in the near future. There are some issues that need to be sorted out so we’re not confirmed on the date of release. We’re aiming for this week or early next week.”

The staff continued, “Disney requested that we released the Korean version. When Hyolyn first recorded the Korean version of Let It Go, there were no plans to release the song, but due to the positive response and requests from many people, we decided to make an official release.”

The Disney 3D animation movie, Frozen ranked number one in the box office in the US for six weeks straight, setting the best record after Avatar. The film premiered in South Korea in January 16.

Fifteen years since Park Jung Hyun participated in the movie Mulan in 1999, Hyolyn became the Korean diva that Disney chose for the OST of its movie.
