In this week’s K-Pop Battle, we’re spotlighting two idol rappers who have proven to be more than pretty boys with their musicianship.

From composing to songwriting, Block B’s Zico and B2ST’s Yong Jun Hyung have contributed more than just their voices to their respective idol groups, often taking part in the whole album making process.

But it’s up to you to decide who wins this battle, so read on and don’t forget to vote!

Zico has been composing and producing his own music since his underground rapper days and eventually contributed his talent to Block B when the group made its debut in 2011.

The rapper extraordinaire continues to impress with his self-composed tracks, including Nillili Mambo and latest hit Very Good.

After contributing his talents to B2ST and his fellow Cube colleagues, Yong Jun Hyung will finally be making his official solo debut this month.

The track list for Flower, unveiled on December 5, revealed Yong Jun Hyung composed all of the songs on the album – to no one’s surprise.
