LeeSsang’s Gil is showing new sides to his self on television.

On April 6, viewers were able to see Gil twice on the small screen, with the premiere of SBS’ Go Show, as well as on Mnet’s The Voice of Korea. On both shows, Gil showed different merits to his self.

On The Voice of Korea, where he serves as a judge, Gil gave off the friendly image of an oppa, hyung, and uncle as he dished out warm encouragements and relished the stage with his team members.

Even when one of his team member’s gave a less-than-stellar performance, he offered warm words while displaying modesty in front of individuals who did well.

For contestant Shin Cho, Gil said, “Truthfully I don’t think Shin Cho displayed everything she could, but I felt a very nice feminine feel [from your performance]. It was a meaningful stage.”

On the other hand, on the Go Show, Gil showed his candid and biting remarks as a guest.

To the Go Show’s host and main MC, Go Hyun Jung, Gil openly shared, “You’re not my style. I’m 36 [years old] but if you’re older than me you’re disqualified. There’s another reason Go Hyeon Jeong is just average- I don’t like girls with big faces.” MC Go was game for Gil’s assessment as she laughed along and shared her own complexes.
