Kahi Eats 7 Meals a Day and Weighs 49 KG
Making women boil in jealousy, Kahi revealed that she manages to eat a lot but still have a rocking body.
On November 5, she appeared on SBS Power FM’s Choi Hwa Jung’s Power Time, where she shared her secrets on how to maintain a strict diet and exercise pattern.
DJ Choi Hwa Jung couldn’t help but to compliment Kahi’s slender and fit body, asking what her weight is.
Kahi confidently replied, “I stand at 168 centimeters and weigh 49 kilograms.”
She added, “I really like eating, so I have seven meals a day, but because of my comeback, I’ve been exercising and taking care of my body since a month ago.”
She said that after 6 pm, she doesn’t eat a thing and starts her morning with a banana. She also said she only eats Korean food for her other meals.
