Shin Hye Sung provided plenty of fan service, taking pictures with fans and personally visiting the cabins of fans, who were chosen by lottery. Fans were also able to show off their skills through a special activity titled Superstar H, where Shin Hye Sung jokingly picked on fans, creating a good atmosphere.

After only accepting fans from Korea and Japan in previous fan camps from 2010 and 2012, Shin Hye Sung opened up the applications for the special event to a wider audience, allowing fans from Japan, China, Singapore, and US to participate. There were translation booths set up for these fans as well.
