Kim Hyung Jun Cast with SISTAR’s Dasom in ‘Love Through Song’
Coming back to dramaland, Kim Hyung Jun has been chosen as the lead actor in KBS’ upcoming daily drama.
On September 25, S-Plus Company announced that Kim Hyung Jun has been cast in KBS’ Love Through Song as the male lead.
Kim Hyung Jun’s most recent work was in MBC’s Pots of Gold as the childish but adorable Jung Mong Gyu, bringing much entertainment to the audience. With Kim Hyung Jun jumping from weekend drama right into a daily drama and as with a lead role, his status as an actor is become more firm.
Love Through Song is a drama about three families that learn to appreciate each other in a world where individualism is prominent.
Kim Hyung Ju will be playing Taekyung, the leader of a drama troupe and musical director. He will be acting as a perfectionist, but a gentle and thoughtful man outside of work.
He will be working closer with SISTAR’s Dasom, who will be playing a hopeful musical actress, stirring up curiosity to how the two will act together. The drama will air in November after Sincerity Moves Heaven.
Meanwhile, Kim Hyung Jun was officially invited to the Busan International Film Festival for his special appearance in the movie, An Actor is An Actor. He will be stepping on the red carpet at his first movie festival as a movie actor in early October.
