Super Junior Kyuhyun Reveals Photos of His First Birthday

Proving his good looks were there from the beginning, Super Junior’s Kyuhyun shared his baby photos on KBS’ Mamma Mia.

On September 15, the second episode of the Hallyu Idol Special on Mamma Mia aired with Kyuhyun, 2NE1’ Minzy, Kara’s Park Gyuri, Teen Top’s Chunji, NRG’s Chun Myung Hoon, and their mothers appeared as guests to play different kinds of games together.

Especially on this day, photos of Kyuhyun’s first birthday and childhood were revealed. Kyuhyun’s mother shared, “Kyuhyun was an innocent child who listened very well to his older sister.”

In the revealed photos, baby Kyuhyun posted for the camera with several gold rings, a traditional first birthday present, on his fingers. Photos of Kyuhyun with his mother were also revealed, making MC Lee Young Ja, Park Mi Sun, and other guests cooing at adorable baby Kyuhyun.

“His eyes are especially pretty,” said Park Mi Sun, unable to hid her smiles. “How can he have such puppy eyes?”

“When he was young, he was extremely kind,” said Kyuhyun’s mother. “He did everything his mother told him to do. Even when they were playing, he played house with his sister.”

After seeing the photos, Kyuhyun hilariously said, “Our family wasn’t well off then, so I don’t understand why I have so many rings on my fingers.”

Following the broadcast, netizens comments, “He was adorable as a child,” “he’s like a little puppy,” and “His eyes do stand out.”

Meanwhile, Mamma Mia is a weekly program that allows stars and their families to play games and talk. The Chuseok special will air on September 22.
