Super Junior Gathers Biggest Audience for Super Show in Thailand
Super Junior breaks more records in Thailand!
Super Junior held its Super Show 4 concert in Bangkok, Thailand from March 16-18.
Due to a bombardment of requests from Thai fans, one more concert was added to the original two-day concert for a total of three days. Through the series of successful concerts, the group managed to break the record for biggest concert audience in Thailand with a 40,000 member audience.
More than 2,500 local fans gathered at the New Bangkok International Airport on March 16 to see the members enter the country, and as soon as they appeared at the gates, the fans filled the airport to the brim with screams and camera flashes.
In the concert, Super Junior performed a parade of its hits including Sorry Sorry, Bonamana and Mr. Simple, other tracks from its albums, unit performances and solo performances, entertaining its audience in Thailand with a total of 36 songs on a brilliant stage.
The press conference held before the concert on March 18 brought in many prominent media outlets such as Channel 3, Thairath and SEED Radio, proving the great interest the local media had concentrated on Super Junior.
Super Junior plans to continue on its world tour Super Show 4 in Paris, France on April 6.
