Park Si Hoo Thanks His Fans in a Fan Cafe Post
Park Si Hoo thanked his fans deeply and showed his determination to continue his career in a post he left on his fan cafe.
On July 29, the actor left a post titled ′In America, 2:00 a.m.′
He started, ′My pen feels so heavy while I′m trying to put everything I felt all this time in one letter. I held this pen in my hand for minutes on end and failed to write even one word; how could I express how I felt then.′
He added, ′First I want to apologize for causing you concern with the past events. After that incident, it was hard for me to face my family, relatives and close friends as Park Pyung Ho (Park Si Hoo′s real name), and I was afraid because it felt like everyone who knew my name was cursing me.′
′As time passed, what hurt me the most was that I had left deep scars in the hearts of those fans who loved me as Park Si Hoo, and that I wasn′t sure whether I would be able to see you again,′ he said. ′Thanks to how you′ve stayed by my side even after the incident, I brought up my courage.′
′I lost many things after the incident, but I also gained even more, and learned that you still trust me and love me. Those were hard times, but your support helped me endure, and draw up my courage again,′ he continued.
He then added about his future, ′Thanks to the family which is you, I will now prepare to step out again into the world with another dream. I can′t say when it will be, but I will return as a stronger and more mature actor.′
The actor finished, ′Like this year′s long rainy season, rain fell on my life but I believe the soil will harden after it endures through that rain. I hope we can meet again with smiling faces and bright expressions. Please help me fill in what I lack, hold my hand whenever I try to step back and push me forward when I get tired of climbing this hill. I again want to apologize for causing you much trouble. And thank you.′
Park Si Hoo was sued in March for raping an aspiring celebrity, but his accuser dropped her case two months later following a settlement.
