The feat follows one he marked in Korea, as he topped the weekly album chart on Hottracks with the release of his single album in Korea.

His albums are on display in an exclusive section at Tower Records′ Sibuya and Osaka branches, a privilege that is usually given to well-backed idols.

Noh Min Woo became popular in the country after his drama Full House Take 2 aired two times through main channels on Japanese television. He started promoting as a band in Japan three years ago.

His showcase in Seoul, held in May, drew fans not only from Korea, but also Japan, China, Taiwan and other countries across Asia, proving the popularity he enjoys outside of Korea.

On August 9, Noh Min Woo plans to hold a live concert and launch his official fanclub at the Rockstar - No Min Woo Fanclub Open Anniversary Live & Talk.
