Big Bang′s Daesung Sings ′I Love You′ at NTV Special Concert
Daesung has been paving for himself a successful career in Japan, answering love calls pouring in from all sides.
On July 7, Daesung performed at NTV′s 60th anniversary special concert The Music Day Live Presented by Zero and sang his upcoming single I Love You, which is scheduled to be released on July 31.
He also sang three other tracks, Baby Don′t Cry, Wings and Joyful, before the 12,000-member audience. Other singers that performed with him included Ayaka, Angela Aki, The Human beats, Sandaime J Soul Brothers, SID and Sukima Switch. Daesung was the only foreign singer in the lineup.
I Love You is a remake of the popular Japanese song originally by Yutaka Ozaki, which was also remade in Korea. It will be playing as the theme song of the drama I Love You, which will start airing on July 18, and has drawn interest for the participation of popular Japanese violinist Taro Hakase.
Daesung will next perform on August 4 at A-Nation Island, and as Big Bang will tour six domes in Japan, becoming the first foreign artist to do so.
