Prosecution Reveals Bianca Mobley Left for America in April

Bianca Mobley did not appear at the hearings held on April 30, May 9 and June 4, leading the court to issue an arrest warrant.

Prosecution tried to persuade Bianca Mobley to return to Korea through an acquaintance, but in the end she never appeared before court. Instead she turned in a medical note through her attorney at the June 4 hearing.

She was initially forbidden from leaving the country, but prosecution forgot to renew the ban, and Bianca Mobley left just when the ban had lifted.

Prosecution plans to look for ways to bring her back into the country, including asking for cooperation from Interpol.
