Celebrating its 15th year of activities, Shinhwa credited its recent six wins on music programs to the fans.

On June 3, Shinhwa appeared as guests on tvN’s Baek Ji Yeon’s People Inside where the members discussed everything from 1998 to 2013.

When asked about Shinhwa’s recent wins for This Love, Eric replied, “Since we′re human beings, there was a time when winning a number one wasn’t as touching as before. However, this time, it wasn’t Shinhwa’s win under a big company, but a win that we received with our own power, so we were moved.”

Especially with the win from MBC’s Music Core, Jun Jin fell to the floor in shock when Shinhwa’s name was announced.

Unfortunately, due to time restrictions, Jun Jin wasn’t able to contribute to the thank you speech.

"What I really wanted to say during the speech was that our fans are getting older with a certain salary with a little bit saved up and a little bit for themselves, but they still buy our albums and are supportive," said Jun Jin.

"As we’re active, they are active as well while going to work.”

Jun Jin added that if Shinhwa was to get a first place win, he wanted to say it, but was sad that he couldn’t. Baek Ji Yeon pointed out that he just let his fans know on the program.

“I’ve always had the feeling of gratitude towards the fans before, but as we get older year after year, we feel more appreciative and grateful towards the fans, so I feel like the members are promoting closer than ever.”
