Juniel has been looking to turn her image around with her recent round of promotions.

Her new album, Fall in L, is completely different in mood from her previous, sad albums, and her single, Pretty Boy, is a bright up-tempo pop song that sings about trendy cute guys.

Fans have shown explosive support about Juniel′s new attempt.

In a recent interview with enews, Juniel said, "I tried a new look because I thought I had put on similar images for Illa Illa and Bad Man. Fortunately, I′ve been hearing that bright songs fit me well too, so I′ve been happy. I want to become brighter and escape from the depressing image I held earlier."

This singer-songwriter is determined to show as much change as she can in her own little frame. She aims to continue writing songs without getting stuck in any one mold.

Still, there is one thing she just can′t let go of.

"No matter what, I will never set down my guitar," she said.

Though she even dances onstage for Pretty Boy, she never sets aside her guitar.

Juniel first start playing the guitar in middle school.

"My father dreamed of becoming a singer, and he prepared for it alone. That′s why I was able to accept my dream of becoming a singer so easily. I thought it was mandatory for singer to dance, but my father recommended I play the guitar and that′s how I came to do so," she said.

She then added, "No matter what I sing, I will never let go of my guitar in my life. My guitar is like my partner in music."
