Hwang Woo Seul Hye Says She Fits Her Fairy Role

About her off-the-wall fairy role, Hwang said, “She’s exactly like me, a four-dimensional person who has to say everything. She also fits me in that she’s obsessed with food.”

She added, “Because there were so many scenes in which I had to play a funny role, there were so many incidents that made my face go red. I also had a lot of eating scenes, and so my face is swollen and I think I gained weight, but I’ll be able to show a completely different me.”

Hwang Woo Seul Hye will be appearing in the drama as the unpredictable fairy Chae Hwa. After coming down to earth in search of the fairy clothes she lost in the fairy pool, she comes to work at 2H Entertainment, of which Cha Se Ju (Cha In Pyo) is head CEO, and shows off her recruiting skills.

We Need a Fairy is based on Korea’s traditional Fairy and Woodcutter story, and will be about the adventures of two fairies, mother, Wang Mo (Shim Hye Jin) and daughter, Chae Hwa (Hwang Woo Seul Hye) who are forced to stay on earth after losing their fairy clothes. The first episode will air on February 27.
