Five-City Tour to be Held in Japan in Memory of the Late Park Yong Ha
A large tour will be held in Japan in memory of the late Park Yong Ha, who passed away on June 30, 2010.
The unwavering love of his fans, which wasn′t shaken even with the star′s death, will be blossoming into a series of events under the title 2013 Park Yong Ha Memories Tour in Japan.
The event will start in Tokyo on April 13, then course through Osaka, Nagoya, Fukuoka and Sapporo until April 28.
Fans will be able to witness the launch of a charity business that will do good in memory of the star.
The actor′s brother-in-law, CEO Kim Jae Hyun of Yona Entertainment, said, "Japanese fans have dubbed April 8 the day of Park Yong Ha, or ′Yona Day′ (Yon(4) Hachi(8)=Yonha(Yong Ha)chi=Yona), and still remember him. We′ve come to hold this event for this year′s Yona Day, thanks to his fans′ love."
The 2013 Park Yong Ha Memories Tour in Japan will release never-before-seen videos of the actor, and it will also host the launching ceremony of ′Park Yong Ha′s One Love Charity Society′, established to continue the deceased′s work and keep an eye on his ′Yona School′, set up in Africa.
Kim Jae Hyun added, "[Park Yong Ha] always thought of others first, and didn′t turn a blind eye to those in need. He always thought of them as family, and cared for them. Though he is no longer with us now, he will remain in our hearts as our shining star, and the event will remind everyone of his purpose."
