After School′s leader Kahi successfully pulled off her acting debut.

In the first episode of KBS2’s Dream High 2, which aired on January 30, Kahi impeccably portrayed her character Hyun Ji Soo, a level-headed and cold-hearted dance teacher at Kirin Art School.

Kahi especially drew attention when she made spiteful remarks at Hae Sung (Kang So Ra) by saying, “You tried to use all kinds of technique without emotion or originality. You don’t have any sense of rhythm. You’re out of tune. Even your voice isn’t charming.” She conveyed the line so naturally that she seemed to have transformed into her "cold city woman" character.

In particular, the first episode ended with a sneak preview of the next episode, which showed Kahi teaching aspiring singers of OZ Entertainment and students.

After the airing, viewers rushed to the comment board and posted positive feedbacks by saying, “She perfectly portrayed the cold and level-headed character”, “She’s got a passing grade as an actress as well”, and “I’m looking forward to seeing her dance in upcoming episodes.”

Meanwhile, Dream High 2 got off to a smooth start by bringing in 10.5 viewer ratings (AGB Nielsen Media Research).
