T-ara’s Hyo Min Reveals Her Love for Acting
T-ara’s Hyo Min revealed her special drive for acting when enews met with her on the site of a music program.
“It’s been two months since the MBC drama Gye Baek ended. But I met a lot of nice people while I was shooting the drama. And I also learned a lot from acting in a historical drama, which I hadn’t experienced before.”
She continued, “Acting gives me more pleasure, different from the one I feel when singing, as I learn more."
She added, “Of course there were many difficulties. Playing a swordswoman in the cold weather was harder than I expected. But I thought my troubles were just complaints when I saw Song Ji Hyo unni (older sister) and the other cast members act despite the harsh conditions of the shooting sites.”
“With each episode of the drama, I came to like acting more. I want to continue to act if I have a chance in the future,” she said.
In the MBC drama, which ended last November, Hyo Min showed off her mature acting performance by pulling off the role of Cho Young, the wife of Gye Baek, a perfect swordswoman as well as feminine and supportive wife.
Previously, she showcased her solid acting abilities by playing the role of Ban Seon Nyeo in the SBS drama My Girlfriend is a Nine-Tailed Fox.
Meanwhile, she is currently actively promoting T-ara’s Lovey-Dovey.
